Transmitir a experiência do que será viver no imóvel dos sonhos, com uma vista única, com área de lazer, complexo comercial e etc.

É importante você saber que o consumidor compra benefícios, a qualidade daquele imóvel. Por exemplo, a segurança, a área comum em que ele vai ter convívio social, ou se ele quer mais espaço, quer mais liberdade.

Quando uma pessoa busca por imóvel, ela busca por algo. E você precisa transmitir a sensação de que ali ela vai encontrar isso que ela quer.

Esse já é um jargão muito conhecido que mostra que investir em terras sempre foi uma excelente opção de investimento, desde muito tempo atrás e até hoje continua sendo um investimento vantajoso.
